The child’s safety will not be compromised in any way whilst in a workplace. |

TWEBLO will have carried out a workplace risk assessment prior to the child being placed by a professionally qualified team of assessors. |

The child will receive Health & Safety instructions prior to a placement, from a teacher. |

The child will receive an Health and Safety induction at the workplace by an employer representative. |
|
He/she will be informed of his/her personal responsibilities with regard to Health & Safety regulations whilst at work. |
|
The placement may have limitations placed on the use of equipment, machinery, materials and processes according to the risk involved. |
|
All employers will be fully insured to take the young person for a day, up to 2 weeks, or sometimes for extended placements. |
