 "The vision is that TWEBLO Limited will be the leadership body that provides clear strategic direction and co-ordination of a distinct range of customer focussed, easily accessed, quality education business link services. In doing so this will maximise the potential of all young people in Tyne and Wear in order to increase UK competitiveness."

Our objectives centre around the six priority aims of the Department for Education and Skills. These are:

Developing understanding of the world of work and thus improve employment |

To assist pupils to acquire the knowledge skills and attitudes that help to develop enterprise capability, financial literacy, and economic and business understanding |

To enhance the delivery of the National Curriculum, in particular the work related learning element at Key Stage 4 |
|
To raise levels of achievement in schools and narrow the achievement gap |
|
To improve the behaviour, attendance and motivation of pupils |
|
To contribute to the development of the school workforce |
